This type of collaboration is frequently used in products launches and re-launches. In this case ProfesHelp takes hold of complex care about product including marketing product analysis (in spite of this we often co-ordinate detail steps with client´s marketing).

Second possibility is to take over a product, which is in stage behind "life cycle". Product is said to have no presumption for further growth and thus there is no interest of company to pursue sales support or investments. Priorities are set up for other products. Despite this product itself still usually has good market share, profitability and it worth to be gained.

In both situations client may focus on core business and keep other products "working".
